Document Verification Methods

This article provides an overview of the different methods available in QR Mark for verifying documents, including document uploads, Google Apps integration, and Microsoft Office integration.

Introduction

QR Mark offers multiple methods to verify documents, ensuring their authenticity and integrity. Whether you're working with Google Apps or Microsoft Office, or simply uploading documents directly, QR Mark provides flexible solutions to meet your document verification needs. This article covers the three main verification methods available: uploading documents directly, using the Google apps, and integrating with the Microsoft Office apps.

A. Upload Document

• Access QR Mark
  • Log in to QR Mark
  • Navigate to the Verification section
• Upload Document
  • Click on Create Verification
  • Select the document to upload from the local storage
• Generate and Add verification QR Code
  • Select the custom domain
  • Select the pages to display verification
  • Click on Generate Verification Image
  • QR Mark will generate a unique verification QR Code for the document
  • The QR Code can be moved with a click and drag

• Download Verified Document

  • Click on Export PDF to save and apply the verification
  • Download or view the document from the dashboard
    
  • This document is now ready for distribution with its authenticity assured

B. Google Apps

• Install QR Mark Add-On
  • Install the QR Mark add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace
  • The add-on integrates directly with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
• Add Verification QR Codes
  • Open the QR Mark add-on from the side-bar in Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides
  • Ensure your custom domain is set up
  • Add a verification QR Code to the document using the add-on interface
• Save and Share Verified Document
  • Once the QR Code is added, save your document
  • The document is now ready to be shared, with its authenticity easily verifiable via the embedded QR Code

C. Microsoft Office Apps

• Install QR Mark App
  • Download and install the QR Mark app from Microsoft AppSource
• Verify Documents in Microsoft Office
  • Once installed, the QR Mark app integrates with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Use the app to add verification QR Codes directly within Office documents
• Save and Share Your Document
  • Save your document after embedding the QR Code
  • The document is now secured and can be verified by scanning the QR Code
