Introduction
The QR Mark Google Workspace app allows you to seamlessly integrate document verification into your Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. By using this add-on, you can easily add verification QR Codes to your documents directly from within Google Workspace. Follow the steps below to integrate and use the QR Mark Google Workspace app.
A. Install the QR Mark Google Workspace App
- Install the QR Mark add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace.
- The add-on integrates directly with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
B. Add Verification QR Codes
- Open the QR Mark add-on from the side-bar in Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides
- Ensure your custom domain is set up
- Add a verification QR Code to the document using the add-on interface
C. Add Custom Domain
- You can either add your own custom domain (like verify.yourcompany.com) or use the demo domain provided by QR Mark (demo.qrmark.org). This allows your QR Codes to redirect users to a landing page under your preferred domain.

D. Save and Share Your Verified Document
- Once your custom domain is selected, enter the URL of the document in URL field.
- You have to enter the URL of the Google Doc/Slide/Sheet here.
- Add a name for your document.
- Place the verifiable QR Code anywhere on your document and save it.
- The document is now secured and can be verified by scanning the QR Code.
