Page Template

This article explains how users can create and apply a custom page template in QR Mark to personalize the verification page with their own branding.

Introduction

The Page Template feature in QR Mark allows users to modify the design of the verification page that appears when a document’s QR Code is scanned.

With this feature, organizations can add brand elements such as titles, subheadings, logos, and verification marks, as well as link the original document. They can also add custom fields (marked as required or optional) and arrange the order as per their preference. This ensures a professional, consistent brand experience for anyone verifying the document.

A. Create a new Page template

To create a template in QR Mark:

1. Log in to the QR Mark account
2. From the left sidebar, select Template and click on Create Template
   

3. Enter the required details to personalize the template:
   • Template Name – A unique name for easy reference
   • Title – The main heading for the verification page
   • Subheading – An optional line of supporting text
   • Upload Logo – The organization’s logo for brand visibility
   • Enter Verification Data – Enter the information fields that will be displayed on the landing page of the Verification tab. You can also arrange the order of the fields using drag and drop.
   • (Optional) Link the Original Document – Allows viewers to access the original file from the verification page
     
     
      
4. Select Save Template
   
    

B. Apply a landing page template to a verification

Once the template is created, it can be applied when creating a verification:

1. From the left sidebar, go to Verifications
2. Select Create Verification
3. Upload the document to be verified
4. In the right sidebar, select the Landing Page Template from the dropdown menu
   
   
5. Select Create Verification

The verification page will now display using the chosen custom template.

Note: Multiple templates can be created to meet the branding requirements of different document types.
