This article explains how users can create and apply a Frames Template in QR Mark to add a custom frame design around the verification QR Code.
Introduction
The Frames Template feature in QR Mark allows users to design and save custom QR frame styles that can be reused across multiple verifications. By using Frames Templates, organizations can ensure that all verification QR Codes follow a consistent appearance aligned with their brand guidelines.
This helps maintain a uniform and professional presentation whenever documents are verified.
A. Create a new Frames Template
Users can follow the steps below to create a Frames Template:
- Log in to the QR Mark account
- From the left sidebar, navigate to Template > Frame Template
- Click Create Frame
- A modal will appear, where users can configure the frame settings:
- Select Frame Style – Choose the preferred frame layout
- Text Color – Select a color for the text displayed on the frame
- Background Color – Choose a background color for the frame
- Frame Name – Enter a name to easily identify the frame
- Select Frame Style – Choose the preferred frame layout
- After completing the selections, click Save
Once saved, the Frames Template will appear in the template list and can be reused at any time.
B. Apply a Frames Template to a verification
Users can apply the Frames Template when creating a verification:
- Go to Verifications from the left sidebar
- Click Create Verification
- Upload the document that needs verification
- In the right sidebar, open the Frames Template dropdown
- Select the desired frame
- Click Create Verification
The selected frame will be applied automatically to the verification QR Code.
