Introduction
QR Mark Analytics provides detailed insights into how documents are being verified across different dimensions, such as time, location, and users. It enables organizations to monitor engagement, detect fraud, and evaluate document performance.
By applying filters and reviewing reports, users can make informed decisions to enhance document security and optimize usage.
A. Access analytics overview
Follow these steps to access Analytics:
• Log in to the QR Mark account
• Navigate to Analytics from the left-hand side of the dashboard
• Open the Overview tab
The analytics dashboard with filters and metrics will be displayed
B. Apply filters to view data
To view analytics data, filters must be applied:
• Click on the Select Documents dropdown
• Choose All Documents or select specific documents
• Select a date range using the date picker
• Use predefined options if needed:
• 30 days
• 60 days
• 365 days
• Click on View Analytics
Note: Data will be displayed only after applying filters and clicking View Analytics
C. Understand key metrics
Once filters are applied, the following metrics are displayed:
• Total Verifications: Number of documents secured via QR Mark
• Total Views: Number of times verification pages were viewed
• Total Fraud Reports: Number of times documents were flagged as fraudulent
• Fraud Detected Percentage: Percentage of fraud detected from total activity
These metrics provide a quick overview of document security and usage
D. Track verification activity
The Verification Activity section helps track verification trends:
• Displays verification activity over the selected date range
• Helps identify peak and low activity periods
• Useful for analyzing document performance over time
E. Analyze verification details
The Verification Details section provides deeper insights:
Verifications by month
• Shows verification volume on a monthly basis
• Helps identify trends and growth patterns
Verification by creator
• Displays verification data grouped by document creator
• If shared users are added to the account, their activity can also be analyzed
F. View geographical distribution
The Geographical Distribution section shows where document scans are happening:
• Displays scan distribution across countries
• Provides insights into states and regions generating scans
• Helps understand geographic engagement
G. Monitor fraud reports
The Fraud Reports section helps track suspicious activity:
• Displays counterfeit reports within the selected date range
• Highlights most flagged documents
• Helps identify and act on potentially compromised documents
